In celebration of IIBA’s 20th anniversary, we’re running a special contest for budding and experienced business analysis writers ahead of Global Business Analysis Day.
Want to show off your writing chops? Send us a 600-800-word blog post on an emerging development that will impact the future of business analysis. If selected, it will be posted on IIBA’s Analyst Catalyst page and social media channels before November 1.
To participate, send your draft to brand@iiba.org with the subject line “Business Analysis Blog Contest: What's Next" by Tuesday, October 3. If you submit your entry past this deadline or fail to include this subject line, your blog will not be considered for the contest.
Please use the Analyst Catalyst Blog Template to submit your draft.
By submitting your content, you authorize IIBA® to use said content for any non-commercial marketing purposes and the authority to edit said content at IIBA's discretion for use for an undetermined length of time.
*Terms and conditions
Entries must be original, unpublished works written in English. Each participant can submit only one entry. Entries should be between 600 and 800 words in length. The content should be aligned with the contest theme, well-written, informative, and engaging. It is subject to review and approval by IIBA’s Editorial Committee before being selected for publishing. Plagiarized or offensive content will result in disqualification.
All entries must be submitted by October 3. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered. A maximum of five (5) blog post submissions will be selected for publication as part of the contest. The winning entry will be selected by the LinkedIn poll feature and the polling results will be shared on IIBA’s LinkedIn channel. In the event of a tie, IIBA’s Editorial Committee will vote to determine the winner. The winner will receive a USD $100 Amazon Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner will be notified via email within ten business days after the contest ends. The winner must respond to the notification email within ten business days to claim the prize.
